Upgrade to new TV and soundbar

Hi. My current set up is a Sony 55XF9005 TV and HT-ZF9 Soundbar.

I'm thinking of upgrading to the Sony A80L TV and HT-A7000 soundbar.

Will the proposed new set up give me Atmos audio if its broadcast by the Android TV app,

for example the Berlin Philharmonic Digital Concert Hall?

Will my ZF9 surround speakers be compatible with the A7000 soundbar?

I'm hoping for a swift response. Thank you.

Hi @Blumine1818 Just my personal choice, I would forget about the soundbar and use the money to get an A95L with fantastic audio. The ZF9 speakers are not compatible with the HT-A7000.

Hi @Blumine1818 I have a A95K. Strangely enough, I dumped a HT-ZF9 with rear speakers at the same time (sold for a good price on eBay). Admittedly, I’m in my 70s and find the sound clarity of the TV way better than the HT-ZF9.

That's interesting. Are you a movie watcher?

I'm sadly (I think) gonna fall short and probably will have to go for the 80L.

I need to give it some thought before I place an order at the weekend.
