I was talking to a coworker via Facebook Messenger when my phone froze and would not allow me do anything but turn it off. I turned it off and now my phone is stuck on Android is starting.... Optimizing App XXX of XXX. It will go to 210 out of 215 and restart, then it will go 45 out of 56 and restart. It is encrypted. I tried to connect it to my PC and use the Sony Companion and it wouldn't recognize it. I tried to boot loader it and restart it that way but it wont even turn off. Any help that isn't take it to my cellphone provider would be very helpful.
