Phone Switching on Taking time

Whenever I turn the Device on it says "Optimizing Applications 1 of 1" and it stays on the same screen for around 20-30 min
Is there any solution for this?

Did you tried to modify somehow operating system: root, update, deleted apps and ect? Optimization happens how much i saw in my smartphone is after these things. It's normal things, but time is not good, for me optimization was only few second. If this happening try to turn off smartphone (force close) and try again turn it on. If will be any problem, try to repair with Xperia Companion
