Issues in latest update! Messaging app & SD card

Updated my Sony C4 dual with the latest update a week back...expecting it to squash a few bugs. But sadly it added two new one's!

1. Isssue with Messaging app... crashing( with error: Unfortunately Msg app has stopped) after every restart and when android process stops...deleting all msgs & making the app unusable to send or receive msgs

2.SD card ejecting randomly and always after connecting to charger!

For the above two issues I have tried and experimented every possible solutions ...Almost! Like....

Software repair, FActory data Reset ( twice), Restarting and shutting down again n again ...Giving msging app all permissions, Clearing Cache n data, Putting the phone on safe mode...issue still persists,Memory app uninstall and reinstall ...I might have missed a few!

Only Solution to make my Msg app working was to restore the backed up msg data from PC companion! SD card issues remains to revisit randomly

Sony, Kindly request you to Make the phone Usable again by solving these two major issues at the earliest and Not turning it obsolete!
