System UI has stopped

Hii.... My Sony c4 now and then show message system ui has stopped again nd again... And my screen turns black,after switch off or restart my mobile become normal but after some hours again that message blinks again nd again..... Please help me Sony to fix this problem... And plz tell me d reason behind it... Why it happens..

My mobile go dark during running application after that I restart mobile screen work but few time after same problem occurs please suggest me what I do
