Xperia Dual C4 no Network Problem

Network I'm using has the best coverage in the city. Other users with the same network provider & different phones have no network problem. The phone is able to read the SIM properties but it doesn't connect to the network (I have tried with different service providers/SIM). But my Xperia device always shows that there is no service available. I tried with hardware replacements also. But the problem never solved. Please help me to fix my phone. (I have seen lots of reviews regarding this problem. Please be kind enough to solve this problem soon).

I have same problem and I trief to update my phone but no help too,if anyone has a solution or know what's the problem exactly,tell us about it
