I have a system upgrade for making in the update center. I download without problem but then says "checking" and then "was not possible to verify".
Can anyone help me??

Hi

Go to settings > apps > all > software update > clear data

Then go to settings > about phone > software update > If a new update is available, download it.

If it fails again, then clear the data again and try after 2-3 days.

Alternatively, you could use PC Companion to update your phone.

Thanks for the help but it fails again i already have cleared the data 3 days ago and isnt working.
Im gonna repair the phone on the PC companion, i think is the best way to solve the problem.
