on updating to 11.3.A.0.59,after long time this came .

the phone contains modified software that cannot be updated.

sony update engine failure(error2002)

Hi,

If the software is modified, you will not be able to use our standard programs to update your phone. So, have you by any chance modified the software/unlocked to bootloader?
