hi, I'm Yona

So, here's the problem..

I had my 1,5 years old Sony Xperia E4. I've charged it. And when I tried to turn on, the application cannot opened. It said "unfortunately android.process.acore has stopped". it's not just it. there are many application:

- Google+

- several android system

- Settings

- WhatsApp, BBM

- etc.

I tried to reboot it, and I did it many times. But it coulndnt changed, my phone still have a pity. Then when I tried to reset my phone to factory system, I can't open the Setting Menu. It also said "unfortunately Settings has stopped"

Hi @Yona,

I'm sorry to hear about this.

If you can't access the Settings menu, I'm afraid there is not other option than following the recommendation from @nolramlb and performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.

This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the phone so creating a backup using Xperia Companion before starting with the repair is advised.
