Counterpart can't hear me if I don't use loudspeaker

When I try to talk to anyone i have to have it on loudspeaker as they cant hear me through the microphone. Also when im recording a video there is no sound recording. Plz can u help me only had the phone 2 months!!

Hi @K8i, I'm sorry to hear about your phone.

To start with I'd recommend that you run the diagnostics test in the phone for the microphone and see if you are able to hear your voice when the recording is being played in the second part of the test.

You can find the microphone test in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Microphone.

If it's not working in the diagnostics test, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if a third party application is the cause of the microphone not working. In safe mode all downloaded applications won't be loaded.
