I would recommend that you try and force restart your device. To do so press and hold the volume up and the on/off key for 120 seconds, then try charging your device for at least 30 minutes then see if it starts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd also suggest that you try and temporarily remove any SD- and SIM-card from the device to see if they may be causing this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the phone still won't boot up I would recommend that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt; for&amp;nbsp;assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it works out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
