Hello, I would like some technical support position to guide me to solve this problem.
My cell phone does not even have 3 months of use and already it presents a defect that could perhaps be arguing for long period (years) of use.
The cell phone began gradually with the whitish image when at rest for a long time and soon when it was used again for a few minutes, it returned to the original color. However, after a few days, he has started to present this defect more frequently and staying for a longer time with this defect in the image. Now it has several ghosts in the objects on the screen and in any environment I browse, the pixels are absurdly visible and the tones contrast sharply by creating multiple lines in the image. Could someone give me a position on this? I've always used Sony and it never occurred to me that there was any problem with your system. And I'm feeling extremely injured.

Hi @040513j,

I'm sorry for the late reply. I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of you downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

If you have still experiencing the same behavior in safe mode I recommend that you perform software repair using Xperia Companion to make sure nothing software related is causing this behavior.

If there still is no change, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.

Let me know how it goes!
