I'm sorry to hear about that.

What type of data are you trying to move to your SD card and do you receive any error messages during the transfer to the SD card?

Could you try and take a photo and save that to the internal storage of your phone and then move it to your SD card? If the data storage in the camera is set to save photos to your SD card by default you will need to change this back to internal storage.

To do that, open up the Camera application and tap the Settings icon > tap on the cogwheel > Data Storage > Internal storage.

Take a few photos and go to Settings > Storage > Transfer data to SD card, are you able to move these pictures to your SD card?

Hi @Mushtaq1, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry for my late reply.

This is a standard notification that you will receive in your phone when you are running out of free space on the internal storage.

If you have a SD card in your phone, you can move media to the SD card if you go to Settings > Storage > Transfer data to SD card.

There is also a very nice guide here on our forum on how to free up space on the internal storage, it is however mostly suited for Android 6 and 7, however it will still work in earlier Android versions as well.
