Also if possible to try with a different SIM card in your device to see if you are still experiencing the same behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also do you have the following status icon in the icon field at the top of your display? &lt;SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="ICN-SONY-SYS-NO-SIM-CARD" style="width: 42px;"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/43706iBB8882CE90AA591B/image-size/large?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=999" title="ICN-SONY-SYS-NO-SIM-CARD" alt="ICN-SONY-SYS-NO-SIM-CARD" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so that would mean the phone cannot detect that there is a SIM card in your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep us posted on how it goes! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.cz/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
