Bonjour j'ai suivi les instructions sur votre site d'aide à cette page ( https://support.sonymobile.com/fr/xperiae5/faq/i-cant-unlock-my-screen/ ). N'ayant pas connecter de compte google sur mon téléphone je ne peux donc pas faire la manipulation 1, je me suis donc lancer dans la manipulation 2 mais quand je connecte mon sony xperia E5 à mon ordi pour que l'application companion le reconnaisse il me dit qu'il faut déverrouiller mon écran or je fais cette manipulation car j'ai oublié mes codes. Est-ce que vous pourriez m'aider ?

Hello I followed the instructions on your help site on this page ( https://support.sonymobile.com/fr/xperiae5/faq/i-cant-unlock-my-screen/ ). Not having to login google account on my phone so I can not do the manipulation 1, so I started in the manipulation 2 but when I connect my sony xperia E5 to my computer for the application companion recognize it there tell me to unlock my screen but I do this manipulation because I forgot my codes. Can you help me?

This software repair process is not working because you have the phone turned on.

Turn it off, select Software Repair and follow the steps. You will be prompted by a screen with five steps explaining how to connect your phone. Only connect it when you see this screen.
