Sony E3 dual Restarting Issue

dears,

kindly I need your support my phone switched off when the screen lock and after I press the power key it's gonna to switched on again I'm trying to make a factory reset but failed so I'm tried to make hard reset with press and hold power switch + volume up together with no action just give me a vibration only .

Hi @momorsy, i'm sorry to hear about what has happened.

Have you tried to charge your phone for at least two hours, in order to make sure that it is not discharged? In addition, have you tried different cables, to see if you get any reaction, for example if the led notification light turns on? You can also try different power sources and different chargers.

If it stills does not react, I would recommend you to try to start your phone without a SIM- and SD card to see if you get a different reaction.

If it still persists, then I would advice you to try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion, in order to see if it could be software related.

actually, i'm trying all of this steps without Sim and SD and the problem, not charger or cable cause I'm charge it by my original charger of my second device Xperia m4. so i think it will be software
