Do you remember&amp;nbsp;if the screen turns off when you are on the phone?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the picture below you can see where this sensor is placed (number 3)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiae5/userguide/overview---bn/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiae5/userguide/overview---bn/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also test in the sensor in Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Xperia tests &amp;gt; Ear proximity and see if it works or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
