Can't update my phone

Days ago showed up in my phone a notification about a new update for my Xperia E, so today I tried to do it but it couldn't pass even the 2 step, it show up something like ''upgrade components do not run on your pc'' also says that ''can not establish communication with the engine upgrade from Sony (error 10)''

It says might be a network mistake, but I am connected to internet, even my phone has on the wifi, please help me idk what to do

Mmm well I think it didn't change too much, actually I think nothing changed, the same often lag, the same good appearance
But well I didn't lost anything, so just nice to have the latest update
