My Xperia E Dual does not turn over

I upgraded that asks the PC companion but at the end it appeared that it gave an error and it could not be completed. I hung up the phone from the computer and rebooted it. But the phone is not only connects the boot screen with the word sony on screen and nothing else. Already searched the internet about this error seen more people with this problem are also put anybody got a solution.

My phone is new I am with him only a week and already had this problem. Can you help me solve this problem.

already tried even by the Update Service program and how the phone will not switch is only on the screen with the logo of sony this program does not detect the phone.

Support sony please help take much of this mobile working.

repair your phone with PC Companion, that should solve the issue.

I've tried to do this but it does not detect the phone. The equipment is stuck at the boot screen (the one that has the logo of sony)

eu já tentei fazer isso mas ele não detecta o celular. O aparelho esta travado na tela de boot (aquela em que tem o logo da sony)
