Xperia L WiFi Problem. Pls help!!!

Dear sir,

Please help me fixing this issue as my new Xperia L mobile phone automatically turns on both WiFi and Data connection when phone goes to sleep mode when lock screen, I restarted, turned off WiFi settings, but no use. Even I changed WiFi turn on to never option but it still shows both WiFi and Data on in the notifications panel. Please help me asap. It drains my battery life. I cannot go to get help from any customer care center as I am a disabled person. Thanks in advance.

First of all tell me if issue is the same booting your xperia in safe mode

Turn off the device.
Press and hold down the power key until the phone vibrates.
Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.
Press and hold the volume down key. The device then restarts in safe mode.
To exit safe mode, restart the device.

Hi.. restarting the phone means just turn off and on the device is it?

I tried and put the mobile into SAFE MODE and it shows the Safe Mode logo. to remove the logo Safe Logo do I need to restart the system? How timely your help was, great help really. And the issue is not occurs now on Safe Mode.

I don't understand.

Do you try safe mode and no issue or same issue? (you posted "it again shows the issue")

Anyway rebooting phone it will restart in normal mode

Yes the issue was not occured when i put the mobile safe in SAFE MODE. Then as per your instruction in turn off and on again. But the issue show again. Am I confusing? Pls explain little more clear.

During safe mode your xperia loads only stock services and apps (like windows F8 safe mode)

If phone works correctly in safe mode it isn't a hardware issue.

So if your phone works fine in safe mode probably issue is caused by

- a conflict with a third party app that you installed after purchase

- firmware corrupted

So first of all you can remove all recent third party apps and if issue persists make a factory reset

Remember that with reset you will loose all your datas

I solved the issue by entering into settings > apps > running apps > and I force stopped all third party apps that's running and WIFI and DATA turning ON in sleep mode was solved!!! Thanks for your KIND SUPPORT!
