Hi,

Check which application that is listed under settings > security > device administrators. The application have disabled the pattern lock option for you.

Do you get any options at all after you have enter the wrong code multiple times?

If you don't, you can reset the phone and the lock by repairing the phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone".
