I NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!!!!!

I KEPT MY PHONE FOR CHARGING AND AFTER FEW HOURS THE BATTERY % STILL REAMAINS D SAME AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY BATTERY ABOVE 15 % !!

Connect to wall socket and force restart your device(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

no...you should not update..you must repair...even you updated to last firmware you have repair option
