xperia L wify connect issues

Hi,

When ever I try to connect to the wify in my office the wify does not connect at all.

tried restarting the device, tired in safe mode and nothing works.

when I do not connect to the wify provided by my office the signal streangth shows as excellent and the moment I connect the signal streangth goes to poor.
Please help me on this
