Sony Xperia L and I cannot switch it on

Hello,

My phone can't on and when i try to on it just show SONY icon in long duration plus my phone getting hot. Any solution ?

With the information supplied, I can only advise that you try to perform a software repair on the device, this should help resolve the issue, this is also done with the handset turned off.

Please see the instructions below.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps

Thank you, i will try but can i asak one more question.

When i already download the PC Companion, in the same time do i need to connect my phone? For your information my computer cannot detect my phone device. So, the PC Companion is still worked without connect my phone?

You will eventually connect the phone to the PC, however it will be in a certain way and the device will stay turned off during the process. You should have no issues even if PC Companion cannot see the device when connected.
