charging reset my previous setting and plays an demo video on screen continuously

Hi,
when I connect my phone
to the charger the phone starts playing the demo
used in the store to advertise the features of the
phone, whilst charging it as well. And when I
unplug the phone my settings(language, lock
screen etc.) as well as all home screen
customization I had done are gone. No data is
lost though.
Anyone have any idea what I'm dealing with?

its giving me an warning that everything in my phone will be deleted and its not recommended plaase advice

After dialing the number provided it shows "Retail sore use ONLY NOT FOR PERSONAL USE! IF ACTIVATED , YOUR PHOTOS,CONTENTS AND SETTINGS WILL BE DELETED AT ANY TIME. Use of this application voids all product warranties. Use the same code again to deactivate Retail Demo"

Are you 100% sure that it will work because all the contents of my phone will be deleted if i activate this.Thanks

It's not working for me getting ERROR "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

Can you please post the steps how to resolve this issue it will be much appreciated, Thanks a lot.

Did you recently buy the device? It could be a demo unit.
