      <title>Sound not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is less than one month old and the sound has stopped working. It's not ringing when I get a call, not working for email notifications or text messages. I have checked all the settings but all are normal. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
