My Xperia M4 Aqua keeps turning on and off

Only 6 months old and I have not done anything I know of to cause this issue
Basically it gets to the sony screen after turning on and turns off automatically before doing it again regardless of whether I have touched it or not, It seems like some sort of loop but will Ocassionally turn on. I have tried a factory reset one of the times it has turned on and that did not change anything and i dont seem to be able to access the recovery mode.

Anyway if i could get some help on how to fix this ASAP it would be nice

Do you experience the same reboot if you remove the SIM card?

And yes, same problem when sim card is out as well as memory card

If the phone doesn't work without the SIM and SD cards nor after repairing the phone with PCC, then it might be a hardware issue

The Pc will not connect to it properly when it is off either so i can not do that

I have the same problem with my phone. EXACT SAME problem as you. My phone is now 2yrs old, and this problem just started last night. It is literally EXACTLY as you described it.
Plz can you tell me if you figured how to fix your phone? So i can also get mine fixed too

I tried all the above suggestions. I even downloaded and did the Software repair from the application as mentioned. And it did the software repair, and i guess reinstalled the software successfully. However, the problem still persists, and my phone still won't switch on.
Any suggestions??

That could be hardware related, which means that you need to get it inspected by your Local support
