Hi Guys,

I have repaired my device recently, they have changed the back camera module.

I want to know whetere the device will still be water resistance or not and how should i ensure it is ware resistance (any test or proof) and after reapir my back panel from top most right is coming out maybe the adhsive is not properly placed by Sony Service Center.

Suggest me because I have to go to Service Center.

After repair, it should be water resistant and they will charge for it. So, visit the service center and clarify it.

If you took your phone to an official Sony Local support repair center, the phone should be water resistance after service, you can request a vacuum test.

In vacum test willl they provide me any report because in service center there is no such facility and why will they charge anything from me.

To my knowledge when a device gets repaired at an authorized service centre they will make sure that the device lives up to the specifications and warranty terms, such as keeping the IP-classification.

This may vary between markets so I would recommend contacting your Local support team and they will be able to provide you with the correct information.
