My alarm goes off at the wrong time

I've got my alarm set at 6,15. Obviously not a pleasure thing. Yesterday it went off at 6,23; today it started at 6,18. Even though this is not a big deal, I start to wonder whether I can trust my alarm, now suddenly, after two years. And also... Because this is a weird behaviour indeed.

what if you remove the alarms > restart the phone > add them again > also, check

settings > Date & time > Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone ON

In this case, rebooting the device was enough. I think it may have to do with the internal storage being full. Thanks!
