Xperia ray font size & shortcut to light?

Hi,

Only had my Xperia ray for a few days but I'm finding that the font for texting is a little too small to see without my glasses - is there a way of increasing the font size?

With my old W995 it all seemed bigger and easier to read.

Also is there a way of making a shortcut to the light?

you can't change the font size with the default messaging app you need an app, check the market

Isn't that a bit of an oversight? Mmm. Have downloaded Handcent, I'd better spend a bit of time with it. So far my phone seems to default to the Xperia message system all the time!

open the messaging app

press MENU -> settings -> uncheck notifications

and voila it should go straight to Handcent for now on
