sony ericsson live with walkman WT19i rebooting loop

I purchased sony ericsson live with walkman WT19i about 10 months ago, this morning suddenly it has gone into some sort of rebooting loop, i am unable to access phone, it is just shutting itself down and getting restarted again and again.

Whats the remedy for this problem.

remove both SIM and SD card and try to turn it on

For update or repair,SUS is suggesting to set usb debugging mood.... But i cant open my xperia... what should I do now..:(

I was problem auto reboot sony livewith walkman (Wt19i) but i have recover that.

Follow below step to solve that problem.

dowload update service center

1) http://software.sonymobile.com/update_service_setup

after download click on that or run .exe like Update_Service_Setup-2.13.10.201308300830.exe

and setup that and run

Before Update software please take SD Card Back Up (Using Card Reader Or another mobile)

now follow below step

a] Connect Your USB cable to pc but don't connect to phone.

b] Hold volume down key and connect your mobilet to cable.

auto detect your mobile and next wait for download software and setup software to your mobile

you will got message Software Installation Successfully.

than disconnect your phone and wait for 30 second and start your phone. first time your phone take some time...

i have wt19i i flash it with pro it change from sony ericsson to sony

the proplem is it still rebbot

first the proplem come from i changed the charge soket

it rebbot give me the main screen for 1 second and after that it reboot

i remove the scket

it also reboot

please help

ithink that there may be a capacitor shortagr

but where i didd not know

My WT19i mobile is restarting continously. But when i tried to flash it i came to know that the boot loader is locked and i need to unlock the same. for unlocking it should be USB debug enabled. mine is not enabled. please guide me how i can rectify the same issue. How to unlock and flash my device.

Dear all;

I get a Sony Ericsson WT19i (live with Walkman) Smartphone. This morning It went off suddenly with the battery 100% charged. Then, It restarted automatically but this process doesn't reach to finish and rebooting repeats again and again. It looks as a continuous rebooting loop.
I've tried to repair using the Xperia Companion Repair tool (in Spanish) as indicated, but it hasn't functioned and shows the next information: "Código de error (Error Code): UEGetPhoneInfoMissingInfo WT19i 3585 1254-1932 R3I 4.1.B.0.587"

Help me please! I need your answer with the indications asap.

I have the same problem. Apparently sony has stopped supporting this phone so the Xperia Companion Repair tool won't work with it. The thing is we still need to be able to repair our phones... So what other options do we have?
