dear support team

thanx for the briliant forum page on xperia care which i check from time to time to learn new things &tricks for my xperia P...

today Im asking your help for the above mentioned problem...not just this but all other apps repeatedly show similar error msgs(the process viber has stopped ...etc)even if Im not using any of these apps...

I cant use my phone now and switched my simcard to my old phone waiting for your kind reply

Hello,

You can repair your phone at home by installing PC Companion on your PC.

Then check if it has update (click on the blue sentence "your phone has the latest update") on the upper left of the PCC window.

if there is a update, update your phone. if there is none. a pop up will appear that says you have the latest update. click the "repair phone". Then follow the on-screen instruction.

I have the same issue, but everytime i try to update my phone, it says that there was an error of server and cannot update anything. What to do?

i have sony Xperia c4 when i updated my phone with android lolipop 5.1 after it Completed i have faced this problem unfortunately the process. Android process.acore has stopped please tell me how to slow it
