topic Album has stopped working in Other/General

Album has stopped working

Help - I can not access the album on my phone. Whenever I tap on it, the phone "thinks" for a few seconds and then a message "the album has stopped working" comes up and the phone goes back to the home screen.

I have tried the usual (turned it off and on again, turned it off and taken the battery and sim out, etc) but still no luck.

Any ideas????

Try these two things:

Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Album > Clear Data.

If this does not work then please try to run a repair:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

Thanks Sam - the Clear data option worked. I was worried I would lose all my pics etc (so made sure I did a backup first) but they were all still there

Thanks to Xperia Support.
I m also having same problm of album has unfortunetly stopped.so i went for 1st option of clear data And is working. So thanks to you. Otherwise i should go to reset my phon.thanks for the support.
Its working good now.
