sony xperia lt28i will not turn on

I tried to change the sim card on my phone so switched the sim card then turned on the phone, ive noticed that there was no signal so I turned of the cellphone then checked the sim slot, i found out that the sim card was not inserted properly so I fixed it then turned on the cellphone again. However instead of fully rebooting, the cellphone just kept on restarting non stop so I preformed a hard reset by holding down the power button and the volume up button the phone shut off. I waited a few minutes then tried to turn it back on but now its not responding. It will not turn on, no lights, nothing. I tried to charge the phone via usb to laptop and via its power cable and adapter but nothing happened. Please tell me what steps to take.

Try to connect to wall socket and while connected perform a forced restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

Hi alexdon! actually the phone is connected to the power outlet w/the charger for about an hour now. Ive noticed that the led light is not blinking or is not turned on. Usually if you charge the phone its supposed to light up right? anyway, I tried to force restart again (vol. up + power button) while the phone is charging but it still wont turn on. what else can I do?

After you let it charge for 1 hour,repair with SUS:

Hi! I already resolved the issue on my own. thank you for your response.

Here are the very simple steps that I took:

charge to phone for 10-15hrs (waited until the led light turned on)

when the led light was green, I noticed that there is now a logo of the battery on the screen, I tried to turn it on but it will not boot up so I preformed a hard restart then turned it back on again.

viola! its now working.

Ok guys here s the news now.... went to motalib...thr were fire alert...
Bashundhara.. went.. showed a shop..
Opened it..and took the nonremovable battery.... manually charged with some wire stuff... after a while plugged n wt the set.the phone got turned on with 20% charged... now plugged in charger but sometimes it showa not connected charger...r sometimes shows...charged connected but no but charging percentage s not increasing? Now whats the problem?

10-15 hours??? are you sure cuz when i plug my phone in red light doesnt turn on so will it turn on after 10-15 hours??
