You could try to root your device and install any other custom ROMs.But if you have any warranty left,you should not root.

two days before in india i got update for app whats new for my sony xperia sl LT26!!, my phone has 4.1.2 jellybean software but when i tried to download not a single themes supprted in my mobile in whatsnew app, this is because phone require atleast 4.2.1 upper softwear so providing this app is meaning less sony atleast provide app which supports phone.and now a days jelly bean is outdated so sony doest need to keep away phone users who have purchased phone in 2012. sony should provide jellybean update 4.1.2 upper.:smileyangry:
