topic Xperia T3 blackout in Other/General

Hi! I'm wondering what happened to my Xperia. I was using it when suddenly the screen turned black. The battery was about 19%. Then I tried to charge it, but it doesn't look like it's charging (the led is off; usually it shows orange colour). And nothing happened when I pressed the on/off button.
what should I do?thanks.

You may need to perform a software repair using PC companion. The process will erase all internal memory. You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

Have you tried to charge the phone for a longer time? If the battery is completely flat, it may take a longer time before the phone indicates charging and/or powers on. One thing that you also could try is to hold the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 5-10 seconds to see if there are any reaction.

Otherwise, I would recommend a software repair via PC Companion that alexdon mentioned above.

Thanks for the answers! I've tried to charge my phone for some times; and pressed the power and volume down buttons and it works. Just knew that it's the way to force restart. It works normally now.
