Xperia companion (HELP ME!) Wt19i live with walkman

Hello Sony and all users of Sony Care(tm)!

I have a question-i have a live with walkman phone (wt19i with white design) and Xperia companion doesn't see this phone when its connected to a windows 10 laptop

laptop configuration-

processor-intel i5 2500

graphic card-Geforce GT550 nx

memory-ddr3 1300mhz 6 gb ram

(please,don't write that my lovely wt19i is not xperia or its no more supported or i will get sad BECAUSE WHY THIS GREAT PHONE CANT BE SUPPORTED!) Also...i am going today to flash this phone to 4.0.4 to rebrand it from orange software(sorry for words but i hate orange because they hate this phone!) but not to unlock bootloader (god why this have happened)

I'm sorry but I only have bad news.

I really feel for you, the Live with Walkman is a great phone, but unfortunately all good things comes to an end.

This phone is no longer supported and therefor you will not be able to use Xperia Companion together with your specific phone model.

When a phone reaches end of support you will no longer be able to update the phone using our computer applications and a service center will not be able to update or repair your phone.

I'm sorry that I have to give you these sad news but please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!

The phone was released 6 years ago, there's no way it can be supported anymore, but do check the XDA forum.
