Xperia SP apps all crashing, including system apps

Out of the blue, today, suddenly all my apps are crashing, including system processes, Xperia Home, everything.

For the first few seconds after switching on, I can just about navigate around the settings but then so many processes have closed I can't get anywhere. Tried factory reset and it won't do it. Also, for example, it doesn't remember that I turned off Bluetooth or Mobile data the last time it was switched on. And when I've tried uninstalling apps, it says it's done but they're still there (and still crashing!). It's the same in safe mode as in normal mode.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Solved! Sony Live Chat helped, got Xperia Companion actually working and so far, so good!
