sony T2 ultra dual lock button automatic press problem

My phone is working fine....

But from last night

Lock buttons automatically turn on, even just after touch it's turn on and again little bit touch it's turn off again....

It's so hard to use

Plz give me suggestions

Does your phone has a protective case?

have you dropped the phone or exposed it to water?
