      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;My Name is &lt;STRONG&gt;Rakesh Jamkar&lt;/STRONG&gt; from &lt;STRONG&gt;Navi Mumbai&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I have given my &lt;STRONG&gt;Xperia T2&lt;/STRONG&gt; which&amp;nbsp;I bought in 2014. It was very good until one day&amp;nbsp;it start giving low voice from both the speaker. However, it was good on headset. So bring this to Vashi Service Center &lt;STRONG&gt;Shree Sai Service Center.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;They have inspected my phone and confirmed issue with both speaker and provided me the repair sheet, the reference number is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;W117082601171. Next day they called me and infored charges would be 2500/-INR. I agreed for repair and since 23 days I was following with them and understood there is a problem with one of the equipment and Sony is incapable to ship the require spare so still looking for solution. &lt;STRONG&gt;Shree Service Center&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Vashi, Navi Mumbai) following with &lt;STRONG&gt;Sony Team&lt;/STRONG&gt; for solution and &lt;STRONG&gt;Sony&lt;/STRONG&gt; is not coperating.&amp;nbsp;Brand like a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sony&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;how could they discontinue support even if the phone model is outline from sales within 3 years.&amp;nbsp;Now I am more furstrated the treatment which provided by &lt;STRONG&gt;Sony&lt;/STRONG&gt; to customer, after raising online complaint&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;with Sony no one is ready to take care of it. Sony incapable to share&amp;nbsp;timeline, nor returning the device with statment due to non availiblity of spares unable to repair phone. They are looking for invoice for replacement. How is it possible to keep invoice for last 3 years. I need regional head contact to deal with it. Trust me dont buy &lt;STRONG&gt;Sony&lt;/STRONG&gt; ever. The service is too bad.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Friend,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May be you are buying expensive item in every month/year. But&amp;nbsp;for common people&amp;nbsp;its not the same. So I will take care my problem with local service provider.&amp;nbsp;I thought its forum for public awareness so I shared my pain here. If you find its hearting you somewhere then please delete it.
