Need help to unlock W880i!

Recently bought an old (but unused) W880i.

This phone has an Extended SIM Lock which locks it to T-Mobile.

I have contacted T-Mobile (now EE) and paid for an unlock code.

Unfortunately, the unlock code they supplied was for the Network lock, not the Extended SIM Lock.

There appears to be 5 possible locks with this phone. They are:-

Network lock

Network subset lock

Service provider Lock

Corporate lock

Extended lock

All are unlocked, except the Extended lock.

can someone tell me how to remove this lock please, as EE and Sony are struggling to help, despite a lot of effort.
