W910 is not starting, shows illumination on screen and red LED on the back glowing

I was trying to update my Phone software.

Took a backup of all the data before starting the software update. However, the update got stuck in betwwen. The phone was off. On trying to start the phone again, it did not respond. It simply shows illumination on screen and the red LED at the back keeps glowing.

What do I do?

Also, where can I restore my backed up data from? Is it stored somewhere on PC which I can restore on another ericsson phone?

Try re-running the update service, as the phone has to be switched off anyway.If you backed up your phone using PC companion/suite, then you should be able to restore the back up folder to at least some of the other SE phones.

http://www.fjsoft.at/en/downloads.php That's great! You can use My Phone Explorer for backing up and restoring your sms in the future, as PC Companion/suite only allow you to archive them.
