Hi @Ismael1003, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Bluetooth.

Does this happen with all bluetooth devices? Do you have any other Bluetooth speakers or headphones you can test it with?

Settings/backup and reset/network settings reset.

And that's it... With that, I reset the configuration of the Bluetooth of my cellphone and now y can play everything very well.
