My device is powering off by itself. I took it 2 months ago.

I tried factory reset . it didnt solve.

Can you help me please?

have you exposed your phone to water/rain/steam or dropped the phone? do you experience the same without the SIM card?

My Phone hasnt got any crash. İt suddenly begins to power off. I tried to use without simcard but it didnt solve. Maybe sd card has virus. Also without sd card powering off. Now i will try factory reset and i will not plug in sd card.

Does it shut off randomly or when you use an specific app?

test it in >>> safe mode
