As I've read through some of the complaints about the Sony xperia xa I noticeboard not the only one with the problem of a lava bucket phone while playing games, listening to music or in any way just holding my phone. My last Sony xperia E3 overheated and exploded on me while I was watching YouTube a month ago and so got this XA on contract but I thought it would be better than the E3 but apparently not.

Wait, are you saying that your phone exploded? like laterally exploded? did you contacted Sony?

As @uliwooly said if your phone has exploded please get in contact with your Local support as soon as possible to discuss this with them.

Also, can you please clarify what issues you are having with the new handset so we can help.
