    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem, even with audio-files at the Sony-music-app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It switched to "pause"-mode. Randomly...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I "repaired" it with Sony-Companion, which means -&amp;gt; "new installation", but the problem never appeared again!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before, you can try the "safe-mode" by pressing the "shut-down-option" for long time and then choose "safe-mode"... Sorry, I only know the german word for it "abgesicherter Modus". In this mode only the custom apps work. So you can proof if the problem is hardware based or a software malfunction. I guess it is a software error&amp;nbsp;as it was in my case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While playing video either in online or from my phone memory it hanging. And while doing calls sometimes people can't able to hear my voice at that time in speaker phone they can sometimes vise versa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
