warranty information not available

Hi everyone, my xperia xa1 did not show the warranty information, but i got the warranty card after purchase, i brought my phone at sony centre malaysia

i want register my phone on mysupport

but the website look like not working on me

yes, it working now, i can view my warranty information on mysupport website, but my xperia device still not showing warranty information, i'm just curious to ask
