Manufacturing problem?

Hello, I need to know if the Xperia Xa, has some manufacturing problem, since I have managed to fix it and still have the same fault, and I know something is wrong, since I have friends that we have the same and have the same problem.
You do not hear the person sometimes, the GPS does not work.

I would need a solution, my previous Sony, a T3, I have been changed for a similar reason.

Hi @Manuru, welcome to the community.

If you believe your handset has a manufacturing defect I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment.

For the issues that you have advised there's a few things I recommend you try first. Test the phone in safe mode and see if the issues persist. If so, try a software repair using Xperia Companion.
