The problem with the picture motion on videos stopping while the sound continued on the second day of having the phone. This happened with online (YouTube, Facebook, web based videos) and offline (downloaded and recorded videos). I decided not to watch videos on it since then... Recently I wiped it and starting watching videos again and they played fine up until today... The lagging in picture motion started again... I tried turning all data connections off while watching downloaded videos and this still happens... Please advise further.
