Facebook doesn't gets load or neither Google functions fast in the data pack on sim slot 1. Incoming calls by international number is also face problem. Pls resolve the problem as soon as possible

I am sorry to hear about the Signal strength with your device

Have you tried using an alternative SIM card to see if the issue continues and do you only get bad signal when at home or does this happen everywhere you go?

Yes I hv tried other card too but no luck.. Sadly when I am out of my WiFi the data straight becomes so low that it doesn't even facebook to refresh the new update on 4G speed nor an image download on what's app.

When at home the works well on WiFi but network is still bad

have you tried to set your preffered network type? make sure are on 4g or 3g signal. settings>more>mobile network>network type

or try to access service menu by dialing *#*#service#*#* on the dialer and select 4g only
